I’ll be hard pressed to ever go back to regular wheels

Posted by To on Jan 16th 2018

Got these for a safer ride around the janky roads from here to work, and around my neighborhood....love the smooth ride and how the wheels kick out little pebbles from in front of my board. From the injuries it’s saved me, can’t think of any type of riding I’ll not be using SharkWheels. Gonna get 70mm for my longboard investment in March and the 52mm for park riding!

Prob the best wheels I've owned

Posted by Dominic on Dec 8th 2017

I got these so I can get around on my Penny pretty easily in random places and they absolutely perform well in any environment... Even wet, freshly paved roads. I found them best for cruising through airports and smooth surfaces for the best speed and comfort. Highly recomend.

The width is increased, but the friction is decreased! The sine wave design provides three lips per wheel for superior lateral grip. When you want to slide, they break away smoothly and recover easily.

LESS FRICTION,

The wave pattern design allows for a thin contact patch touching the ground and therefore less friction, resulting in a quicker ride.

The alternating pattern of grooves significantly reduces hydroplaning by channeling liquid, sand or gravel out and away from the surface of the wheel, allowing for a firm contact patch with the ground.
