A pretty soft wheel, rolls incredibly well! I use my skateboard to get around town and I ride around VERY easily now. I use to work up a sweat skating around but on these wheels I can make it downtown in about half as many pushes!!! These wheels totally blew my mind. For someone using a skateboard to get around on their board I HIGHLY recommend these wheels.

Definitely faster by way of having less gravitational pull or something. Jury is still out on cruising over debris better than conventional wheels... But they are unquestionably faster and so I don't think a better wheel exists as these wheels provide everything that conventional wheels do when it comes to size, shape, material, etc.

The width is increased, but the friction is decreased! The sine wave design provides three lips per wheel for superior lateral grip. When you want to slide, they break away smoothly and recover easily.

The wave pattern design allows for a thin contact patch touching the ground and therefore less friction, resulting in a quicker ride.

The alternating pattern of grooves significantly reduces hydroplaning by channeling liquid, sand or gravel out and away from the surface of the wheel, allowing for a firm contact patch with the ground.
