  • What's your board set up?

My board Off Grid Skateboard size 8.5 I ride size 54mm Iceman Formula Shark wheels with the Shiver beatings and Shiver trucks size 150mm.

  • What type of skateboarding do you do?

My type of skateboarding is street. I love to ride ditches or water reservoirs.

  • What difference do you see when you skate shark wheels?

Little Rock’s don’t stop me anymore,I noticed when I ride over rocks the rocks shoot out and don’t stop me. Rougher ground is way easier to roll over. Big cracks and lines on the sidewalk don’t bother me as much anymore.

  • How long have you skated for?

I have been skateboarding since I moved to America. I have been skating for 23 years.

  • Why do you skateboard?

I started skateboarding because I thought it looked cool. I was playing soccer at the time I was introduced to skateboarding. I quite playing soccer and started skateboarding because I didn’t like being on a soccer team. I didn’t like how I had to sit out when the games were on.

  • What do you do outside of skateboarding?

I am a family man, my daughter and my son are my world. I mainly take care of my new baby. She is almost 9 months old.

  • What are your future goals?

My future goals are to grow with Shark Wheel. My goal is to come out with a video part for Shark Wheel riding only Shark Wheels. Besides skateboarding, my future goals is to live a happy life.

  • Do you want to shout out anyone?

Yeah I would like to shout out my family, my fiancé, my friends for sticking by my side when I was down. I want to shout out to the Founders of Shark wheel! So thankful @sharkwheel exists, especially Zack Hibbs for believing in me.

  • What made you get into skateboarding?

When I entered my first in-person surf skate contest in August of 2023. That made me truly see the difference between surfskate and skateboarding. Skateboarding is much more high energy, adrenaline driven, and challenging, which seemed like more of my vibe. Turns out it was.

  • What is your board setup?

Currently, for skateboarding, Lifeline Deck, Independent Trucks, Shark Wheel Iceman Formula 54mm/97a, Sticky Grip tape. For cruising, Shark Wheel cruiser board, Shiver Trucks, Shark Wheel DNA 72mm.

  • What type of skate do you do?

Transition and pool skating; currently leaning into vert.

  • What difference do you see when you skate with Shark Wheels?

While cruising, I can easily roll over small debris like pebbles and small sticks compared to any other wheel. I don’t have to worry about eating shit as much when I have them on my board. At parks, I can easily roll over cracks and rough patches if there are some, like the gnarly crack on the J Wall at Kona Skatepark in Jacksonville, Florida.

  • How long have you been skateboarding?

Technically, for about a year. I was only cruising on a surf skate for 2 years prior to actually skateboarding. You ride a surf skate completely different, and skateboarding is much more technical and challenging. There’s truly a difference between surf skate and skateboarding, it’s odd how some put the two in the same category, when they’re completely different.

  • Why do you skateboard?

It’s therapy for me. It blocks out all the outside noise and stress. Without it, I’ll go insane. I love how it’s just as mentally challenging as it is physical. Gotta love that adrenaline rush when I’m dropping in on something crazier than what I’m used to.

  • What do you do outside of skateboarding?

I have a social media presence on mainly TikTok and Instagram, so I make videos for those platforms, mainly videos that include wheel shots, which is how I gained my social media following. I help out with social media for Kona Skatepark and Kona Clubhouse, which is Kona Skatepark’s music venue. I’m also an honorary member of The Old Man Skate Crew, which includes Buck Smith and Donny Griffin.

  • What are your goals for the future?

Currently working on creating a charity for children with autoimmune diseases.

  • Do you want to shout out anyone?

My grandma and mom for always telling me I can to anything I set my mind to, Martin Ramos for willing to give me skateboarding tips and teaching me about skateboarding history at the Worlds Oldest Skatepark, Tim Wood for seeing something great in me and pushing me to become the best version of myself, The Old Man Skate Crew, which includes Kona Legends from the 80s, such as Buck Smith and Donny Griffin, and for always encouraging me to rip even harder, Rob of Vert Jungle for inviting me to Skate Safari and introducing me to another level off skateboarding out in California, John Siefert, my first skate coach, and Kona Skatepark for becoming my home away from home.

Grew up with the older kids riding bikes downtown. Matured at a super young age and found peace in extreme sports. Had lots of freedom and loved the creative aspect of action sports. Ended up quitting when I was 15 and pursued wrestling in High School but due to Covid my wrestling season was canceled. Started riding BMX with my friends in 2020 and entered Danny Duncan’s talent show. Won the talent show and started posting everyday on TikTok. Went pro for Madd Gear in 2021 and kept building different social media platforms. By 2024 I’m able to make a full time living off sponsors and social media chasing my dreams. Extremely grateful and constantly working to conquer any obstacle that’in my way. Love you!
